Description

Idle Forge is a free-to-play blacksmith idle RPG you play right in your browser.

Strike the anvil to forge weapons and armor, then let your Autonomous Forge and apprentices keep producing while you’re away — true idle progression that rewards you every time you return.

But it’s far more than a clicker. Fuse duplicate items, socket runes, reroll stats and optimize every point of power. Hatch and evolve pets across six families — complete all 90 Beastiary entries for permanent bonuses. Grow a living village with a day/night cycle, weather and hidden secrets. Then climb the Infinite Tower and battle in PvP.

Features:
• True idle progression — offline production via the Autonomous Forge & apprentices
• Deep crafting — fusion, runes, stat rerolls, full optimization
• Beastiary — collect and evolve 90 pets for permanent bonuses
• Infinite Tower, PvP, guilds, missions, achievements and prestige
• Play in English or French — no download required

Age rating: suitable for ages 13+ (fantasy combat only, no graphic or mature content).

Privacy policy: available in-game via the Privacy link.

AI disclosure: This game was made with AI assistance. The source code was written and refactored with Anthropic’s Claude. The music, vector icons and character sprites were generated using AI tools (including DeepAI) directed by the human developer, who reviewed all content and is responsible for it. No third-party or copyrighted IP was used or reproduced.

How to Play

1. Tap / click the anvil to forge items. Each forge consumes hammers, which regenerate over time — so you always have a reason to come back.
2. Equip the gear you forge to increase your stats. Sell or fuse duplicates.
3. Spend gold in the shop and on upgrades to forge faster and hit harder.
4. Hatch pets from eggs, then fuse and evolve them. Discovering pets fills your Beastiary and grants permanent bonuses.
5. Send your build into the Infinite Tower for turn-based combat and climb as high as you can. Test it against other players in PvP.
6. Come back regularly: your Autonomous Forge and apprentices produce resources while you’re offline. Claim them and keep growing.

Controls: fully playable with mouse (desktop) or touch (mobile).
No keyboard required.
Use the FR/EN toggle to switch language at any time.

Configurable auto-sell, and a power indicator that tells the truth
Sep 6, 2026
⚒️ Three player reports, three fixes
Thanks to everyone who took the time to report these in game — all three items below come straight from your messages.

The inventory ▲/▼ indicator was lying
Reported in game: an item flagged as an UPGRADE could actually lower your power. That wasn’t your imagination.

The inventory slot compared items using a simple price table, while your power follows a model where stats multiply and initiative counts for nothing. Measured on

a real case: +55 announced, −24 in reality. Capes were the worst offenders, since they almost always roll initiative.

The game now simulates equipping the item and compares your power before and after. That is the only comparison that cannot be wrong — and it matters, since power

drives the weekly leaderboard and invasion access.

A dedicated article explains the maths: Menu ▸ Encyclopedia ▸ Power.

Auto-sell is properly configurable
A ⚙ button now sits next to the rarities in the Forge.

Every rarity has three states:

Keep — never sold
Filter — sold, unless the item meets your exceptions
Sell — always sold
Your exceptions stack: number of affixes, a specific affix (“at least 2 Attack affixes”), and “its power beats the item you have equipped”.

So you can finally express: sell everything, except divines with at least 2 affixes including 2 Attack.

Most importantly, the screen tells you what your rule produces — “≈ 3 items per 1,000 forged”, with a per-rarity breakdown, before you apply anything. An

auto-sell rule destroys continuously and with no undo: you should not have to guess. Some combinations keep just one item in 20,000, and you cannot tell by reading them.

Having played original this feels cheap rip-off. Also translation isn't complete (no idea what Paz assets etc means). Might be nice for mobile users, not really for computer users.

Rough to say the least. Most things require multiple clicks or a refresh to get to work. Pets don't open all the time. Birds need clicking and lags enough that it shifts position weirdly. Those are just some of the things.

BS'd it with AI to make it available as a shovelware phone game, eh? Yeah, that will win people over.

The tutorial overlay is so dark that I barely see the game at all. So the whole tutorial is pointless because you are just clicking glowing buttons against an essentially black background and you still don't know where everything is until the tutorial is over.
